Our offer of steam superheaters
At FTR Caldaie Srl, we know how important it is to ensure reliable and safe steam superheaters in order to safeguard operators.
Our heating elements are equipped with IP 55 protection. Furthermore, we perform a series of checks on the structure and accessories, as well as their correct operation, before delivery.
To ensure total control over temperature, the superheaters can be remotely controlled and equipped with PT 100 probes paired with multi-step controller panels, or with innovative touch screens and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Pressure parts are always made with very strong structures and thicker thicknesses than are normally required.
Superheaters are also produced for other types of fluids or gases (air etc.).
