FTR Caldaie Srl offers customised design of professional electric steam boilers in both horizontal and single-block designs.
The wide range of innovations includes large steam chambers and armoured heating elements for the rapid production of dry and saturated steam.
The design of all the systems ensures the safety of operators and the optimal use of the device.
The electrical power is always divided into several heating elements so that the boiler can continue to work even if one of them fails.
After careful tests and inspections, FTR Caldaie Srl personnel activate the machinery on site, to ensure immediate operation.
Steam boilers can be provided with IP 54 or IP 55 protection. In addition, the thermal insulation is designed in a manner that optimises the use of energy: for this, we use materials such as stainless steel, Aluzinc alloy and mineral wool.
They are equipped with a steel tank for loading water and – for customers who need to reach extreme temperatures – with a special electric superheater connected to the boiler.

Electric steam boilers operated by FTR Caldaie Srl are completely safe and automatic.
In fact, the devices can be equipped with special programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with touch screens, classic step controllers and specific devices that guarantee unsupervised operation for up to 72 hours.
To ensure safety, each of FTR Caldaie Srl’s industrial steam appliances is hot-tested before delivery.
Moreover, being fully electric, the boilers are burnerless and therefore do not need to be installed in boiler rooms.
