Easy to install and maintain, created using the best materials
At FTR Caldaie Srl, we ensure that diathermic fluid heaters can work efficiently even at the highest temperatures (up to a maximum of 330°C).
To ensure the durability of the systems, we use steel and Aluzinc metal dense alloys, as well as mineral wool which minimise heat loss.
As for the structure, we ensure that coatings with an IP 54 rating can withstand impact from solid materials, and an IP 55 rating can withstand contact with liquids and dust.
Additionally, where possible, we provide special insulation to protect the equipment from elevated outside temperatures. Moreover, we organise the heating elements in such a way that if one resistance is damaged, the operation will not be completely interrupted.
Depending on your needs, the temperature can be controlled in different ways: with special temperature controllers, classic step-lever panels, and technological PLCs featuring touch screens.
Furthermore, since our machinery is fully electric, we can ensure easy installation without the need for a dedicated boiler room.

Diathermic oil is an extremely innovative product capable of withstanding high pressures and extreme temperatures of up to 330°C for a long time.
This technology is used to heat closed circuits of various designs, such as those for applications in the cosmetics industry, food production, and plastic and resin manufacturing.
The standard set-up is safe and ready for use. In fact, it is equipped with all the components that are required for complete control of the operation, and also a double thermostat to ensure that the power supply is cut off in the event of excessively high temperatures.
