At FTR Caldaie Srl, we ensure that diathermic fluid heaters can work efficiently even at the highest temperatures (up to a maximum of 330\u00b0C)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To ensure the durability of the systems, we use\u00a0steel and Aluzinc metal<\/strong> dense\u00a0alloys<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0mineral wool which minimise heat loss<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As for the structure, we ensure that coatings with an IP 54 rating<\/strong> can withstand impact from solid materials, and an IP 55 rating<\/strong> can withstand contact with liquids and dust.<\/p>\n

Additionally, where possible, we provide special\u00a0insulation to protect the equipment<\/strong>\u00a0from elevated outside temperatures. Moreover, we organise the heating elements in such a way that\u00a0if one resistance is damaged<\/strong>,<\/strong> the operation will not be completely interrupted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Depending on your needs, the temperature can be controlled in different ways: with special temperature controllers<\/strong>, classic step-lever panels<\/strong>, and technological PLCs featuring touch screens.<\/strong><\/p>\n
