FTR Caldaie Srl produces industrial lost wax investment casting boiler-claves for Italian and foreign industries.
The immersion heating elements, spacious steam chamber and built-in autoclave vessel guarantee high efficiency with reduced dimensions, avoiding the need for two separate appliances (boiler and autoclave).
Boiler-claves are extremely functional devices capable of speeding up processes necessary to produce ideal ceramic models for investment casting.
This is possible thanks to the very rapid flow (3-4 seconds) of steam inside the autoclave, which ensures that the wax melts without affecting the shells.
Furthermore, the continuous heat exchange between generator and autoclave allows for minimal heat loss.

Boiler-claves: safe, intuitive and easy to install
Our boiler-claves, made of carbon or stainless steel, are fully electric and equipped with innovative electronic components that control the various stages of the process.
In fact, the installation of a programmable logic controller (PLC) is available upon request, which can be managed via touch screen and from which information can be downloaded using USB sticks. The use of these technologies enables the machinery to be operated intuitively and effectively.
FTR Caldaie Srl also offers the implementation of several additional options, including: the automation of the toothed lid by means of hydraulic control units and cylinders, the installation of systems for loading and unloading ceramic shells, the addition of equipment for remote control, or the installation of a stainless steel tank for boiler water reserves.
